Please note that our maximum capacity is without the 1-metre social distancing requirements.

  1. Pricing is w.e.f. : 1January 2024. Pricing is subjected to changes. No GST.
  2. For seating capacity (w.e.f 15 March 2022), it is only an estimate. It is best to view our rooms and see for yourself (0900 - 1800 hours, Monday - Friday; and for viewings not under the stipulated timing, please call us). Also need to be abided by the safe management measures in accordances to the Covid-19 measures as regulated by law.
  3. For extension beyond timing slot, $50 per block of an hour for all rooms except #05-20(SSC) and #04-24/25 (Havelock2) at $100 and $75 per block of an hour respectively and subject to availability.
  4. All rooms are equipped with overhead projector, white board(s), markers and flip chart stand. For room #05-20A (SSC) and #04-24/25 (Havelock2), it comes with 2 projectors. For room #05-20,SSC, there are 3 projectors.
  5. Water dispenser is available in the room or at reception area.
  6. All rooms are equipped with audio system with speaker. For microphone, it is chargeable at $35 per day. No microphone allowed for #05-20A and #05-20B.
  7. Free Wi-Fi in all rooms.
  8. For all booking, only when full payment is made and PME Academy reverts that the booking is confirmed then only PME Academy is bound by the booking of room(s) by client.
  9. There will be a surcharge of $50 for customers who book half day/evening slots (less than 5 hours) and catered food (not applicable for tea breaks).
  10. Strictly no cancellations once booking is confirmed i.e. no refunds. However, we allow postponement provided one month's advance notice is given.
  11. We accept cash, cheques, Paylah, PayNow, and bank transfer. For bank transfer: OCBC account no. : 686696352001. For Paylah and PayNow, pls make payment to hp no. 8383 7711. For PAYPAL (FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS ONLY). PayPal Link paypal.me/SynergyRoom(https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/SynergyRoom) Paypal Fees are to be borne by the customer.
  12. For all bookings, only when full payment is made to PME Academy Pte Ltd, reverts that the booking is confirmed then only we are bound by the booking of room(s) by client.
  13. No food and drinks in the rooms. Only drinking water is allowed. For spillage of food and beverages, client shall make good the damage to the carpets.
  14. Should you want to appoint your food caterer, for half day and full day booking, the surcharge is $100 and $50 respectively. Also you need to pay a deposit of $100. The basis of the deposit is that your appointed caterer need to clear their utensils and leftover food by 6.00 pm. If they do not, we have to pay our cleaner to remove all the food and clean up the premises. We have many caterers who did not do so, and when we called our clients, they could not assist either. The charges do not apply if you order bento sets as they are easy to dispose of. The deposit will be refunded to the client within three days if the food caterer clear their utensils and leftover food by 6pm.
