Should you want to appoint your food caterer and you are doing full catering with the heating trays and all, there is a deposit of $100 and a surcharge of $100 if for full day booking or half day booking. The deposit will be returned on the next day if all is ok. The basis of the deposit is that your appointed caterer has to clear their utensils and leftover food by 6.00 pm. If they do not, we have to pay our cleaner to remove all the food and clean up the premises. We have many caterers who did not do so, and when we called our clients, they could not assist either.
