Food & Catering Options for Your Event

We want to make organizing your corporate event or seminar as seamless as possible. While Synergy Room focuses on providing premium training facilities, we offer flexible food and beverage options to suit your attendees' needs.

Option 1: Our Preferred Halal-Certified Partner

To save you time, we have partnered with Gourmetz Pte Ltd, a highly recommended, Halal-certified corporate caterer. They are familiar with our venues and provide reliable, high-quality seminar packages.

Option 2: Bring Your Own External Caterer

Prefer to use your own preferred caterer? You are absolutely welcome to do so! If you are planning a full buffet setup that includes heating trays and equipment, please note the following external catering policy for all half-day and full-day bookings:

Catering Surcharge: A flat fee of $100 applies to cover the logistical setup and use of the space for external full-catering services.

Caterer Responsibilities: Your appointed caterer is strictly required to clear all buffet equipment, utensils, and leftover food from the premises by 6:00 PM.

Cleaning Charges: We do not collect an upfront deposit. However, if there are food spillages or if your caterer fails to remove their equipment by the 6:00 PM deadline, additional cleaning and disposal charges will be billed directly to you to cover the cost of our professional cleaning staff.
